About Me

Hi! My name is Erica and I’m an Internal Medicine physician in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I went to undergrad at Florida State University (GO NOLES!), and came back down south for medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and residency at Broward Health Medical Center. I am currently working in an outpatient office and truly love what I do. There are so many great platforms out there for travel recommendations, and I wanted to be able to reach you guys through more than just my Instagram posts. The wellness social media community is really an amazing thing to be a part of.

On this site, you will find a little bit of everything that I’m passionate about as it relates to travel. From my favorite destinations, to travel recommendations, each and every program that is offered on my travel page has a wellness component to it.

I’m also a HUGE foodie and I love to cook and bake, so you will find a section dedicated to culinary itineraries; I apologize in advance if some of the programs offer less healthy options in certain destinations, but I’m a firm believer that everything is o.k. in moderation. Plus, it’s cultural emersion, right?! That being said, I just finished getting my sub-certified in nutrition, so I’ll be posting some cool food facts and health knowledge on Instagram that can link to specific itineraries as well.

As some or most of you know by now, I am a serious travel advocate. Traveling is something that I believe should be done as often as possible (even with limited time and funds), and I hope you are able to benefit from these wellness travel programs, as well as enjoy the exclusive travel benefits you receive from booking off this platform.
